AI Content Policy

Guidelines for the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in scholarly publishing.

AI Content Policy

IJAMRET recognizes the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in academic writing and research support. Authors may use AI technologies responsibly for language improvement, grammar correction, translation assistance and manuscript formatting. However, AI tools must not replace genuine scholarly contribution, research integrity or author responsibility.

Permitted Uses of AI

  • Language editing and grammar improvement.
  • Translation assistance.
  • Formatting and manuscript preparation support.
  • Improving readability and writing clarity.
  • Generating outlines or organizational suggestions.

Prohibited Uses of AI

  • Generating complete research manuscripts.
  • Fabricating research data or experimental results.
  • Creating fake references or citations.
  • Producing misleading or unverifiable content.
  • Replacing genuine authorship and intellectual contribution.

Author Responsibility

Authors remain fully responsible for all content submitted to IJAMRET, including text generated or assisted by AI systems. Authors must verify accuracy, originality, references, data integrity and ethical compliance before submission.

Disclosure Requirement

Any significant use of AI tools during manuscript preparation should be disclosed by the authors at the time of submission. Transparency regarding AI assistance promotes ethical and responsible scholarly communication.

Example Disclosure:

"The authors used ChatGPT solely for language editing and grammar improvement. All research design, analysis, interpretation and conclusions were independently developed and verified by the authors."

AI Cannot Be an Author

Artificial Intelligence systems, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and similar tools, cannot be listed as authors because they cannot assume responsibility, accountability or ethical obligations associated with scholarly authorship.

Editorial Assessment

The editorial team reserves the right to investigate manuscripts suspected of excessive or undisclosed AI-generated content. Additional clarification, revision or rejection may be required where AI use raises concerns regarding originality, accuracy or academic integrity.

Responsible Use

AI may assist authors but cannot replace genuine scholarly contribution.

Author Accountability

Authors remain responsible for all submitted content and research findings.

Mandatory Disclosure

Significant AI assistance should be disclosed during manuscript submission.
